杨梅红拥有一支艺术家型的教师团队，老师们都须经过严格的专业考核与内部筛选方能上岗。杨梅红一直实行全职教师制，老师们除了上课还要参与课件研发及学术研究。他们当中不乏画家、动漫作者、时装设计师等独立艺术家。

YMM has a team of artist-teachers. Every teacher must pass a rigorous professional assessment and internal selection before joining. YMM has always employed full-time teachers who, in addition to teaching, take part in courseware development and academic research. Among them are painters, comic artists, fashion designers and other independent artists.

Mentor Team导师团队

成员为各专业艺术教育专家，不同的国家、不同的民族、不同的文化相互融合，使杨梅红拥有多元化、前沿化的教学研发团队，为杨梅红的教学理论和教学实践提供了有力的艺术文化后盾。

Made up of art-education specialists across many disciplines. The blend of different countries, ethnicities and cultures gives YMM a diverse, forward-looking teaching and research team, and provides strong artistic and cultural support for YMM's educational theory and practice.

Academic Supervision Team教务指导团队

杨梅红在各教学中心设置了专业的教务指导，指导团队教学经验丰富，能根据品牌管理理念、教育理念和儿童心理学，协助管理并完善教学团队，把握教学中心的整体教学活动方向，协助总部策划组织教学中心的各类教学教研活动。

Every YMM teaching centre has dedicated academic supervisors. Drawing on extensive teaching experience, YMM's management and educational philosophy, and child psychology, they help manage and develop the teaching team, guide the overall direction of teaching at the centre, and help headquarters plan and run teaching and research activities.
