杨梅红艺术教育创立于2005年，是专注于早期艺术教育连锁机构。课程研发中心设在深圳，机构和教学中心分布在北京、深圳、苏州、多伦多、华盛顿、洛杉矶等地区。学生年龄涵盖2至18岁。
Founded in 2005, YMM Art Education is a chain of schools dedicated to early and youth art education. Its curriculum research and development centre is in Shenzhen, with schools and teaching centres in Beijing, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Toronto, Washington D.C., Los Angeles and other cities. Students range in age from 2 to 18.

杨梅红艺术教育的核心理念与价值。通过美学规律训练提升判断美的能力；通过创意习惯的训练提升想象与创造的能力；通过审美和创意能力的培养，最终获得智慧的人生。
This is the core belief of YMM Art Education. Training in the principles of aesthetics sharpens the ability to recognize beauty; building creative habits strengthens imagination and the ability to create; and by developing both aesthetic judgment and creativity, children ultimately gain a life of wisdom.
教育目标：Educational Goal:给孩子一个智慧而有品位的人生。A wise and tasteful life for every child.
当孩子在成长期接受了系统的美学教育，无论他们未来是否将艺术作为自己的职业，美学教育可以培养他们的审美能力、创意思维和包容心。这样的孩子在各个领域有机会取得理想的成就。
When children receive a systematic aesthetic education as they grow up, it develops their aesthetic judgment, creative thinking and open-mindedness — whether or not they make art their career. Children like this are well placed to achieve their goals in any field.
工作理念：Teaching Principle:先做艺术家，再做美术老师。Be an artist first, then an art teacher.
我们努力为每一位杨梅红艺术教育的老师提供个人自由创作的条件，比如一间属于自己的工作室。我们相信，只有先成为优秀的艺术家，才能成为优秀的美术老师。
We work to give every YMM teacher the conditions for their own creative practice — such as a studio of their own. We believe that only an excellent artist can become an excellent art teacher.
生活主张：Life Principle:先生活后工作。Live first, then work.
健康的生活状态，才会创作出富有美感与激情的艺术品，才会有积极而出色的工作表现，才会更喜爱自己的学生。杨梅红艺术教育提倡“享受艺术实践的过程”，艺术家不是仅给别人带来愉悦而自己却要痛苦着的职业，选择了艺术其实也是选择了一种让人向往的高品质生活方式。
Only a healthy way of life produces art full of beauty and passion, excellent work, and a genuine love for one's students. YMM encourages everyone to “enjoy the process of making art.” Being an artist is not a profession that brings joy to others at the cost of one's own happiness — choosing art is also choosing a rewarding, high-quality way of life.
